  Every time I'm in the shop, their staff calls me by name. Their repair service for Pfaff machines is excellent, too. When I bring my machine over for routine maintenance it's done quickly and every time has been improved. Thank you Creekside Quilting for your expertise!

  (1 star is generous) New to quilting in 2014. Found this quilt shop last week on Creative Grids website, and interested to visit a local shop and hopefully become a regular customer. Terrible service and will not return -- even if they were giving away products! One other person entered right ahead of me, apparently a regular customer because the two workers behind the counter started chatting with her immediately. I browsed upon entering as I meandered near the counter to view the Superior Threads selection. Was going to continue browsing throughout the store when a worker walked right past me to the counter without a word -- all at the counter chatting about someone they knew that was in the hospital. As I bee-lined for the door, I heard, "Thanks for stopping." Really? A simple, "Hi, let me know if you need any assistance," shortly after entering would have not only kept me in the store, but would have made my wallet come out. And I probably would have then been a repeat customer. Missouri Star Quilt Company is approx. 2.5 hours away -- I will make the drive and spend money because I know they will appreciate my business!
