  Terrible experience!! We went in to look for a wedding dress for the bride, first we had an appointment scheduled at 10:30 when they open, we stood outside from 10:26-10:31 and when they unlocked the door, the hostess Cate didn’t even open it- she just unlocked it and walked back inside. First impression- SO rude. Then we go inside and were browsing bridesmaids dresses while two employees stood behind the counter whispering and looking at our group the whole time. Seemed very catty. One of them turned out to be our “guide”, Abigail, and she seemed clueless about fitting our brides needs. The bride is having a small wedding so she doesn’t want to spend much on the dress, Abigail acted disgusted and uninterested with her price range and kept rolling her eyes. She then fitted her in a dress smaller than the brides size, and told her they don’t have a dress in her size and imagine it as a dress in her size. Mind you- the bride is an average 12. She just seemed very immature and didn’t provide good customer service. We left after the first dress. What a great way to start dress shopping for your wedding day, right? We highly recommend NOT going to David’s Bridal.. it’s not worth it.
