They really seemed to care about how the electronics were going to work for me rather than trying to sell me a bunch of expensive stuff. In fact, they actually talked me out of a more expensive piece of equipment and suggested I use that money for a control system that would make a more "average" home theater much more enjoyable to use on a daily basis.
