Very patient and kind, he helped us pick out wood flooring and carpet for our main floor. Unfortunately, when the wood floor arrived, it didn't match the sample we picked out (not the fault of Flooring America, but a manufacturing issue). Flooring America worked with us to pick out a brand new floor and matched the price of our original flooring, even though the new floor was more expensive. The installation process also went very smoothly. Time will tell on how well the flooring holds up, but we couldn't be more pleased with results.
