  I loved the staff well most of them there was this person who was sitting at this computer by the sewing machine and my daughter was touching one and you know kids they touch every thing and the lady was like do need help in a very mean way. My daughter said no and then gave her a really mean look and she said I will go away and she did. I wanted to to talk to her but she was on her phone and she didn't one of the shirts on so I don't know if she works there but they need to tell her to be nice and to get off of her phone.

  You DO NOT walk away from a customer in the MIDDLE of attempting to resolve an online ordering coupon issue. IF you think my 20% coupon issue isn't important enough for you to attend to, I'm sure other fabric stores will be happy to have our business. Customer Service is NOT a priority at this store. Thank you for helping me decide where I will take my crafting needs in the future.
